Acuerdo entre Xnovo y Conzentra

Álvaro Cuesta, Director de Xnovo Derecho Tecnológico y Santiago Sánchez, Director de Conzentra, recientemente han alcanzado un acuerdo por el que ambas entidades han iniciado acciones conjuntas para la prestación y comercialización de servicios a nivel nacional e Internacional en el desarrollo de tecnología legal y servicios de consultoría en materia de seguridad de la información y continuidad de negocio.

Conzentra cuenta actualmente con oficinas en Barcelona, Madrid, Gerona, Buenos Aires y Silicon Valley, constituyéndose como una empresa centrada en la prestación de servicios de desarrollo y outsourcing tecnológico para mediana y gran empresa, así como Administraciones Públicas.

Ambos directores, han detectado la oportunidad estratégica que supone para las dos compañías posicionarse en el mercado con un único producto que integra los desarrollos tecnológicos al mismo tiempo que las soluciones legales.

El posicionamiento de Conzentra en Argentina y Silicon Valley, permiten a Xnovo, que también cuenta con oficinas en la capital Argentina, lograr que sus servicios especializados en Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas Tecnológicas no se ciñan al mercado nacional, sino que entren en contacto con la cuna del desarrollo tecnológico a nivel mundial.
