Acuerdo entre Xnovo y Miserahcs Abogados

El estudio jurídico Miserachs Abogados, fundado en 1929 en Barcelona para tratar la problemática del derecho de autor y de edición, es uno de los referentes nacionales en Derecho de la Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial.

Xnovo y Miserachas abogados se han unido estrategicamente, con la finalidad de integrar la prestación de servicios jurídicos tradicionales en materia de propiedad intelectual e industrial y la gestión de estos derechos el nuevo medio digital, contando así con presencia en Barcelona y Madrid y con un equipo de profesionales ámpliamente experimentado tanto en el sector juídico, como en el sector tecnológico.

Tanto Álvaro Cuesta, como Pau Miserachs, han manifestado públicamente su intención de "avanzar en las relaciones entre ambas entidades en aras a lograr la máxima integración posible entre ambos equipos y organizaciones."
