El Congreso busca el debate online de las nuevas leyes

La Comisión Constitucional del Congreso ha aprobado por unanimidad una proposición no de ley del PP en la que se reclamaba que los ciudadanos puedan juzgar y hacer aportaciones a través de Internet sobre las iniciativas legislativas que vaya a poner en marcha el Gobierno antes de que éstas sean aprobadas por el Consejo de Ministros y remitidas a las Cortes Generales para su tramitación.

Se ha aprobado finalmente esta propuesta en la que se solicita que el Ejecutivo ‘cuelgue’ en la página www.060.es información específica sobre sus anteproyectos de ley, así como los antecedentes que consideren necesarios sobre los mismos y que establezca la normativa precisa para que los ciudadanos puedan opinar sobre estos textos antes de que el Consejo de Ministros les dé luz verde.

Además, la Cámara Baja emplazó al Ejecutivo a remitir al Congreso de los Diputados, junto con sus iniciativas legislativas, las aportaciones que los ciudadanos hayan realizado durante esa fase de debate público.
