Un joven detenido por suplantar la identidad de otra persona en Tuenti

Según ha informado el Ministerio de Interior, un joven de 18 años de Badajoz formuló denuncia ante la Guardia Civil al observar en la página web www.tuenti.com que alguien había creado un perfil de su identidad, e incluso insertó una fotografía suya, y que la cuenta se estaba utilizando para insultar, en su nombre, a otros usuarios de la red.

La Guardia Civil detuvo a un joven de 18 años de edad y vecino de Badajoz, como presunto autor de un delito de usurpación del estado civil e injurias a través de Internet. El ahora detenido fue compañero de clase de la víctima, quien consiguió con este hecho delictivo, crear desprestigio y enemistad en la red, hacia el ahora denunciante. El detenido ha sido puesto a disposición de los Juzgados de Instrucción de Badajoz.

Tuenti es un portal de las denominadas redes sociales y de los que se utilizan en su gran mayoría por menores para comunicarse y compartir fotografías por lo que se aconseja que se asesore a sus hijos sobre el buen uso de Internet.
